Carlen is a Native Houstonian and has always had a passion for Real Estate. She started her career in HR/ Technical Recruiting and has a Business management degree. Growing up in Inner City of North Houston, she specializes in the Houston market area and surrounding areas. In her free time she loves to serve her community, travel and spend quality time with her husband and children. Carlen is passionate about connections and serving others and is a relocation specialist who has helped move many out of state/ country clients to the Houston area. Because I grew up with a father who was always remodeling---and put my first hammer in my hands when I was six years old, I developed a love for real estate at a very early age. Having been transplanted to the Houston area in 1997, I learned firsthand the challenges of being a Relocation Buyer, which has given me the ability to support and understand my Relocation Clients on a very personal level. My Son, who is my working partner, and I also have a home remodeling and/or construction company, which affords my clients a different level of knowledge and insight that has proven to be invaluable. In addition, I am a professional/certified home stager, which comes in very handy as I assist my Clients who are preparing to sell their homes.

As a licensed Realtor in the Houston and Galveston areas since 2002, I have lived and worked in neighborhoods such as Piney Point Village, Memorial, The Historic Houston Heights and Inner Loop, as well as Galveston, and I welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise. Having previously managed an office of 200 agents on a daily basis, I had the opportunity to work with many competing brokers, agents, and their clients throughout the Houston area to make every buyer's/seller's transaction a "Win-Win" for all parties concerned.

Christi was born and raised in the Houston area and has always had a passion for Real Estate. She has experience running an operating her own entrepreneurial business and graduated from HBU with a double major in Psychology and Business Marketing. She previously lived in the Inner loop of Houston for 5 years before moving to Pearland. TX and residing there for the past 13 years which gives her great knowledge of both Houston Inner loop and Pearland markets. In her free time she loves to travel and try new restaurants.

Victoria Farris has not only been a top-producing agent since entering the field in 1994, she also maintains a very active involvement in the community. She volunteers with several charities and civic organizations, and is an avid supporter of the performing arts. She is a regular volunteer with the Houston Livestock & Rodeo, the Orange show, and the Children's Christmas Toy Drives as well as a member of the Houston Blues Society and the Houston Swing Dance Association. She says, "Houston has a wealth of exiting and interesting things to offer and I enjoy sharing this with the newcomers."

She is also involved with several skate clubs in Houston. Her routine long distance skates through the Houston neighborhoods give her a very intimate perspective of them. When she says to a Houstonian, "I know your street," you can believe it literally! Formerly a long time Galleria/Uptown resident, Victoria is now enjoying living in the MidTown/West Gray corridor. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Galleria, Tanglewood, Memorial, and Inner Loop neighborhoods. She has also marketed several master planned suburban communities and works with relocation clients moving to and from the outlying communities.
