I live in the Cypress area and have been amazed at how much it has grown. I cannot say I spealize in one specific area but as a seasoned agent, I am well aquainted with so many communities in and around the Cypress, Katy and Energy Corridor areas. Working in the Greater Houston market covers so much ground! Never a dull moment! The Heights, Midtown and other inner city neighborhoods have so much historic charm that I enjoy to show to new and originial Houstonians. Never a dull moment! Most recently, I have noticed the expansion of Houston has drawn interest towards more rural and open spaces of Waller, Bellville and the Byran/College Station areas to Montgomery and beyond. I have fallen in love and can appreciate that difference in pace. Due to the pandemic, there has been a shift in the possibilities for home buyers. My husband introduced me to the world of Golf...I am a huge fan.
