Born on the Gulf Coast and raised in the Houston area, Dana Carter has a vast amount of knowledge in the market areas of farm and ranch, coastal, and residential properties. Mrs. Carter began her real estate career with Keller Williams Realty Southwest of Sugar Land, Texas after a 13 year career in education as an elementary and junior high teacher. Dana Carter is also a wife and mother to 5 five children, 4 boys and 1 girl. Mrs. Carter is involved with her church and multiple activities with her children. She enjoys gardening, painting, reading, and fishing with her family. Dana Carter’s experience in education and as a mother has been vital in her career with real estate. She carries the skills of determination, persistence, problem solving, planning, and educating with her to assist her clients in the process of buying and /or selling their homes. I was born and raised in Bay City, Texas and have called Houston my home for more than 20 years. I have assisted buyers and sellers in residential home purchasing, staging, and preparing homes for resale as a licensed Realtor®, since 1988.

My goal is to provide the most professional and informative service available. By being your Realtor®, our relationship is built on trust, value, and service before, during and after the transaction.

On a personal level, I am an active volunteer in my church, various community organizations, and various non-profit fundraising projects.

A native Houstonian, T. GARTH WHITTINGTON has more than 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market. Raised in the shadows of Greenway Plaza, Garth has extensive knowledge of this area and specializes in upscale, Inner-Loop neighborhoods. Garth is a graduate of the Kinkaid School and earned his bachelor’s degree in management and economics from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Garth’s belief in continuing education inspired him to obtain a broker's license and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, and he regularly attends real estate seminars and workshops to keep abreast of new developments in the field. This avid interest enables him to better serve clients and assist customers.

Garth has a knack for sensing his clients’ individual needs and then following through. His time commitment, resourcefulness, honesty, integrity, and business acumen serve him well in dealing with clients. Garth chose a career in real estate because of his keen interest in Houston’s residential market. He truly enjoys the evolution of neighborhoods, and takes an active role in civic concerns and community affairs as evidenced by his membership in the Houston Property Rights Association.

Garth’s professional energy carries over into his personal interests as well. His love for bicycle racing has led to membership in the Gulf Coast Cycling Club, Texas Bicycle Coalition, and the Houston Bicycle Alliance. But he also volunteered for numerous charitable causes such as the Museum of Health & Medical Science and the Downtown Historic District, and is involved with several cycling and advocacy organizations.
