Lance is a native Houstonian, born and raised. He attended San Jacinto College, The University of Texas at San Antonio and the University of Houston where he holds a degree in Business Administration. Lance has spent the better part of his career in customer service, where he has built a solid reputation of understanding his clients' goals and needs, and always going the extra mile to exceed their expectations . Phil owned a custom home building company for 7 years, so it's no surprise that he's a new home specialist. Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.

When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.
