I am a full-time professional Realtor with eXp Realty, LLC and have been a Realtor since 2004. Prior to real estate, I spent years working in marketing and project management for many high technology companies such as BMC Software, Compaq Computer and HP. I've brought that wealth of experience to my real estate business and consider myself a step ahead of most in my field when it comes to technology. If there is a new real estate technology available to assist in helping me achieve my client's needs, I'll probably know about it! : )

James Davidson was born and raised in the great state of Texas. After graduating high school he began his professional journey in construction, both on the job and in the books. He received his bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a minor in Industrial Safety from Sam Houston State University. He also furthered his education by becoming both OSHA 30 & BPI certified. Soon after, he sought out a sales career in manufacturing which led him to the Aerospace Industry in Phoenix, Az. Looking for something more, he obtained his real estate license in Arizona and this is where he got his first taste of being an agent. After working with so many wonderful people he realized the Real Estate industry was where he was supposed to be. He soon moved back home and sought out his Texas real estate license and has been serving the Houston area since.

Dana's extensive background in business development and client relations makes her an invaluable asset to any real estate transaction. She has an undeniably strong presence, and a confidence that quickly propelled her into the luxury sector of the market, now having represented some of the most noteworthy listings in Houston real estate. She is an integral part of the Sports & Entertainment division at Nan & Company Properties, serving a very niche market, one that focuses on high-end real estate sales and acquisitions, and luxury personalized services. Her work has been featured in the likes of PaperCity and the Houston Chronicle.

After moving to Texas over a decade ago from the midwest, she quickly fell in love with the architectures of the South and diverse building styles in Houston. She wanted to connect her passion for people with her love of design, so a transition into real estate was a perfect and natural fit. When not with her clients, she can be found with her kids or on the tennis court. She proudly serves as a member of HAR, TAR, and NAR.
