Josephine knew as a teenager, working alongside her mother, a successful Broker in El Paso, that she was born to be a Realtor. After attending St. Edwards University in Austin and the University of Houston, she earned her agent’s license in 1981, and became a full-time practicing Realtor in 1986. By 1988, she received her Broker license and she has never looked back!
When, in 1980, she moved inside Loop 610, all of her real estate instincts kicked in – she knew she’d found “Home.” Ever since, she’s been gaining, growing and honing those instincts, providing service superior and neighborhood insights that she shares with her inner city clients.

Once featured in “The New York Times Computer Review” for her technical skills, Josephine is keen on the latest real estate technology and was among 10 Houston-area Realtors previously chosen to beta test software prior to distribution. Josephine stays two steps ahead of the latest technology trends to keep her clients informed and updated, and will happily set them up with their own interactive website for home searches.
In her personal time, Josephine is a talented gourmet cook, a skill she treats much like she does her career – there’s no scrimping on quality and her preparation is meticulous.

11/16/2023 We are nearing the end of 2023 and as we head in to 2024 we will probably see interest rates become more stable and maybe even head down a little more. However, inventory shortages remain a challenge, yet there are hints of an increase. I still contend that new construction is the best deal out there. Builders have more flexibility on pricing and they can offer better interest rates if you use their financing arm. As the market evolves, I strive to guide my clients through these dynamic conditions, ensuring they make informed decisions and secure the best possible deals.

Having young twin girls keeps Sean up to speed on Princesses, tea party etiquette and the newest Disney movies. When he is not busy cooking or chasing the girls around, he enjoys the occasional golf outing, bike ride or run around his Creekside Park neighborhood.
