John Kurien has been a licensed Realtor ® in the state of Florida and now is excited to have relocated his family to their new home in the Houston Area. John not only has real estate experience, but he also has years of mortgage experience as well. This gives John another perspective to be able to help his clients buy and sell their homes that is an absolute necessity to get to the end result. John Kurien is married and he and his wife have three children and one grandson. Two of his children are married and one is studying in college. Another unique quality that John Kurien has is that he is an Ordained Minister. He is compassionate, dedicated, professional and cares about his clients and helping them carve out a piece of the American dream; Home Ownership.

I am result oriented and is known for my professionalism, work ethics, integrity, commitment, passion, and love of having fun. I am originally from Belize, Central America and currently reside in Houston with my husband and our two sons. My first time working in the Real Estate Industry was as a teenager on one of our beautiful islands (San Pedro, Ambergris Caye) in Belize. In my recent experience I have been working in the Healthcare Industry in Revenue Cycle Enhancement. As I advanced in my roles, I have gained a well-rounded knowledge of building successful teams and organizations where the folks I work with are most important to me. My experience and foresight helps me to proactively address details before they become clients issues and concerns. I am a graduate of Belhaven University in Houston, where I received my Master of Science in Leadership Degree. It is always a priority for me to build strong relationships and partnerships with my clients. This allows for open communication and trust as we work together to accomplish the expected outcomes.
