Dedicated to providing value and service to her clients, Patty Cwalinski listens closely to determine their needs and desires.

Motivated by new opportunities, her enthusiasm to take on challenges resulted in her being recognized as the Post Oak Park office’s Rising Star her first year with Heritage Texas Properties. Not only was this award well deserved, it was also an indicator of things to come, as Patty has risen to the ranks of Top Producer and was, in fact, named among the Company-Wide Top 20 Producers for 2010 and was a Company-Wide Top Producer for 2012-2014.
