A Southern California native, Rene's long-standing career in the Oil & Gas Industry brought him and his family to Houston in 2018. After a 15-year career in Oil & Gas, holding leadership positions in Operations as well as Safety Management, and 10 years of Industrial Fire Fighting, Rene decided to retire and pursue his passion for serving others in what he knows best: Real Estate.

Having relocated with his wife of 13 years, and 2 young children, Rene personally understands the stresses that come along with relocating. A proud native of the Greater Houston area, Buerkie Klokpah, has lived in Houston since the age of six after her parents transition to the city from Gulf Coast Mississippi. A University of Houston graduate completing her studies in Accounting and Finance, Buerkie has long operated as a trusted advisor as an astute accounting audit corporate professional that has allowed her to gain invaluable skills in providing timely, supportive, efficient and honest recommendations to clients. Her multicultural upbringing being raised by a Southern mother and Ghanaian father equally incorporate the importance of being charitable and welcoming.

She has always had a passion for Real Estate and made her entrance to Real Estate as a homeowner in her early 20s embracing her other passion of restorative work on aging homes making places like Lowe's and Home Depot a second home for exploratory projects such as building furniture from reclaimed wood! She's expanded this passion through additional home acquisitions providing short term and long term properties with a priority on equitable and high quality housing solutions. Speaking of herself: Although I tend to be quite introverted, I am always eager to connect with others in an intentional and meaningful way and that includes supporting others in meeting their goals. Victoria Babineaux, MBA is a REALTOR at Next Home Luxury Premier, a firm that specializes in all aspects of Real Estate in Houston, TX. She is unique in her profession as she has many years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Executive who has worked with building medical practices from the ground up- including serving as the primary agent for the medical organizations commercial medical real estate building and land acquisitions.

Victoria is a Southeast Texas native and graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received a BA in Biology and remains a loyal fan of the college football team (GO Eagles!). After receiving her undergraduate degree, she went on to complete her MBA at the University of Phoenix- Houston Campus and then achieved her Texas Realtor license shortly after. She is a lifelong learner and continues to sharpen her skills through various professional development channels.
