I embarked on my professional journey in the real estate sector in 2004, commencing as a mortgage broker. Over time, I assumed leadership in a mortgage company, where I cultivated a proficient team of loan officers based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2013, I achieved a bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and audiology from Southern University, marking a significant academic milestone. Following this, I made a strategic move to Houston, Texas, where I embarked on a rewarding career path working with medically fragile pediatric patients. Simultaneously, I continued my engagement as a dedicated realtor in Louisiana. In addition to my real estate endeavors, I've also embraced the roles of a Texas notary public agent and a loan signing agent. These roles underscore my commitment to facilitating the needs of my clients and community. James Turner comes to Gary Greene's Houston offices from London with an impressive track record of success in international real estate. A real estate agent for 10 years, James began as a sales negotiator in his native U.K. and, in just four years, worked his way up to becoming the director of the largest independent agency in London, Dexters. As director, he specialized in listing properties as well as opening new offices, training staff, and managing all appraisals. Soon after, his journey led him to Douglas Elliman's international affiliate Knight Frank where he became the marketing manager of their prestigious Hampstead office.
