He developed and pioneered the modern concept of a professional residential real estate firm, earning an exemplary reputation under his leadership — one based on teamwork, service and empowering agents to represent Sellers and Buyers with unwavering integrity, as well as the ability to confidently broker the most storied, and high profile, homes in Houston. To this day, more than 45 years after its founding, his company, John Daugherty, Realtors, is known as the undisputed king of the double-digit, million-dollar listings. Karishma Narang Asrani graduated college with a Bachelors in Architecture. She has been licensed with Keller Williams Metropolitan in Houston since 2005. In 2009, she was selected by the National Associations of Realtors (NAR) to be a part of the "30 Under 30 in Real Estate." This group is selected from across the country and the honor is presented to those who show business success and also community and professional leadership. She was a part of the 30 selected from over 400 applicants in the US.



In 2012 Karishma won the Houston Association of Realtor's (HAR) NextGen Realtor Group's (NRG) "20 under 40" Rising stars in Real Estate Award. She is also armed with the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and Certified Negotiations Expert designations.



Karishma also won the 2023 Houston Association of Relators' (HAR) Realtor of the Year Award which recognizes a HAR member for most personifying the term Realtor® in spirit and ethics, through service to their profession, peers and the association.

Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie uses her marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns, which have helped her sell 100% of her listings and reach over 100% of various community fundraising goals. Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising 23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.

Annie brings the same level of care to her clients and is extremely committed to helping them identify and achieve their real estate goals. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She is also a member of 100 Women of Memorial and served as co-President of her neighborhood's Women's Club.

With his military and medical background, saying that Alex Lopez is adept at handling challenges and stress is a vast understatement. But Alex also knows how to slow down he thrives when caring for people and building new relationships with them, and he loves doing this through real estate. Originally from McAllen, Texas, Alex served in the United States Navy from 1995 to 1999. He has an associate degree from Houston Community College and attended the University of Houston. Alex earned his EMT certification in 2002 and transferred to the medical field, where he helped administer treatment from inside ambulances to emergency rooms. Alex was drawn to real estate because he wanted to educate people about it. He didn't have the same advantage when he purchased his first home, so he's especially passionate about guiding first-time buyers. Alex's military experience is a staunch symbol of his pride, which affects every aspect of his life. Personal and professional progress are daily themes for Alex along with valuing detail, which he's highly skilled at. Alex has lived in Houston since 1994. Although his career leaves him with little extra time, he's determined to spend it with his wife and kids. He's also embarked on a weight-loss journey to achieve peak form for himself, his family, and his clients.
