Terry graduated from Louisiana State University with a BA in Education before moving to Texas to begin his 9-year teaching career. Terry has lived in Houston, TX since 1994. During his years as a Houston area educator, Terry went on to achieve his Masters degree in Counseling from Texas Southern University. Terry served as a High School counselor for 5 years before pursuing real estate. Terry shares his skills in teaching and counseling everyday by offering clients a wealth of knowledge and expert guidance throughout the home buying and/or selling process. Terry also teaches up and coming real estate students the Prep courses necessary to take the Texas and National Real Estate Exam.
In addition to the aforementioned accolades, Terry is also a member of the National, Texas and Houston Association of Realtors®. Moreover, he is an e-PRO certified, a Sellers Representation Specialist (SRS), and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (C.P.R.E.S) and a Homes for Heroes agent.

After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in History and a minor in Secondary Education, I spent a handful of years on visual merchandising, sales, and marketing teams in fashion, furniture, creative advertising, and commercial real estate brokerage respectively. My specialties include marketing properties and portfolios for lease and sale, representing tenants and landlords in their contract negotiations, acquisitions of new locations for business owners and assisting investors looking to add to their commercial real estate holdings. In 2015, Ashton ran his first marathon while earning money for the Alzheimer's Association. He is also devoted to many no-kill animal adoption and rescue organizations.

Zaheer is a Physics teacher at Spring Early College Academy and has recently started his dual role as an agent/teacher.
