With a lot of connections to Texas through family, education, business and long time friends, my goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, I was fortunate enough to move, with my family of five children, to the Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, I wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a "hand up". I decided my focus would be on charities and family funding raising opportunities, and I have been involved in Angel Tree and Montgomery County Women's Shelter/Youth Services for many years.

I have dabbled in home renovations up until 4 years ago, when I decided to further my career and obtain my Real Estate license. Since then I have had the honor of representing first time buyers/sellers, luxury buyers/sellers, repeat clients and referrals.

A few of my accomplishments include: Top Individual Listing Agent in Brokerage, Top 10 in Closed Volume, Top 10 in Listing Volume and Top 10 in Listing Units.

After having earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, I relocated to Texas and joined the booming oil and gas industry with Schlumberger. My 11 year career gave me the opportunity to travel all throughout Texas, as well as New York, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, while creating many great and lasting relationships. These relationships have contributed to my core value in my real estate career, by teaching me to cater to different people from all areas of life. Having gained experience in working with different levels of people from entry level to executives, and International clients, I understand the vast diversity in servicing many different clients. My greatest relationship started in College Station where I connected with my marvelous wife, and now years later we have two beautiful children. Because KINDI SCARTACCINI'S family moved numerous times, she jokingly says that her background in real estate began when she was six months old. Having lived in New Mexico, Michigan, Mexico City, Houston and Austin (where she earned a degree in design from the University of Texas) before returning to Houston, she's had many homes. Consequently, she empathizes with clients who find the experience of buying or selling a home an emotional one, and dedicates herself to helping them make the transition as smooth as possible.

Kindi has a strong sense of the "visual" aspects to purchasing and selling, as evidenced by her design background. Among Heritage's Company-Wide Top Producers for 2011 -2019 2016, Kindi has over 20 years' experience in both new construction and resale. Buyers look forward to Kindi's advice since, when purchasing a home, many questions and choices can be overwhelming particularly in new construction. Being detail oriented not only in design but in the day to day aspects allows Kindi to keep order, handle details, resolve problems, and provide quality service.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas, and began her career in design before moving to residential real estate. Active in the community which she loves, Kindi is a member of the Junior League, a past member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, has served as a committee member for the University of Houston Honors College fundraiser, "The Great Conversation", volunteers at The Museum of Fine Arts and supports the arts as well.
