Her illustrious background includes working with local builders and major marketing firms that have a presence in Houston's inner-loop, close-in and suburban neighborhoods. In a previous career as a project coordinator in the oil and gas industry, she would find investment properties for the firm.

Naseem has a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University where she was member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Traveling is a passion for Naseem. A Persian American, she speaks Farsi fluently. Her parents moved to the United States from Tehran, Iran right before the 1979 revolution and their family members were dispersed around the world. Having close friends and family members around the world taught her a lot about culture and open mindedness at a very young age.

Naseem and her husband are active members of St. Luke's Methodist Church and they enjoy anything outdoors including running, tennis, hiking, and skiing.
