As CEO/Broker and Past President of the American Society of Interior Design, Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Coton House Realty firm she has formed. After graduating from the University of Texas/Austin with a degree in business and a degree in interior design from the Houston Art Institute, Laurie embarked on her design career by purchasing and renovating homes for resale throughout the Houston area.
She soon discovered that proficiency as a licensed realtor complemented her design skills. As a 3rd generation Houstonian who has lived and worked in the inner loop for 35 years, she knows the city and surrounding suburbs intimately well and decided to combine her design expertise with real estate.
