Tracey Smith brings creativity, passion and a love for client relationships to her career as a real estate sales associate at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Reaty. In late 2016, just eight short months into Tracey's career as a real estate agent, she had already closed 12 million in transactions. This accomplishment earned her the status of a top producer, and she received the 2016 Shoot for the Stars Award at her previous brokerage. Prior to pursuing real estate, Tracey spent 18 years in the luxury hotel business representing The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida and the Cloister Hotel in Sea Island, Georgia. Her role involved placing corporate executives in elegant accommodations for board meetings and conferences. Tracey's customer-centered approach earned her many repeat clients and accolades for her tenacious and confi dent manner. She applies that same focus, positive att itude and determination as a Realtor. Her ethos comes from her father who told her if she wanted to be a success to put on your blinders and run your own race. Though Tracey has been a resident of Texas for 25 years, she maintains her strong Midwestern values of honesty, patience and trustworthiness from her childhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tracey came to Texas to study at Southern Methodist University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in art history. While in college, she fell in love with Texas and its culture and made the state her permanent home. When she is not working, Tracey enjoys traveling, running marathons, playing tennis and golfi ng.

Laura Mayer Cyprow, a fourth-generation Houstonian, specializes in Houston's finest neighborhoods. A passionate personality and genuine interest in her clients combined with her knowledge of the real estate market are qualities that consistently set Laura above the rest.

After graduating from St. John's School, Laura received a Bachelors in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. Upon college graduation, she moved to New York City to work in investment banking at Salomon Brothers, now Citigroup. She returned home to Houston two years later to work for a private equity group, Capstreet Group. Her love of people and dynamic transactions attracted her to residential real estate. Mark E. Burroughs handles High Rise, Golf Course and prominent properties in some of Houston's finest neighborhoods. Mark is a 4th generation Houstonian and his family has been in the real estate business since the early 1900's. Mark's great grandfather, J.W. Link, was the developer of Montrose and since then the family has been involved in Houston's real estate growth.

Mark began his business career in the late 1960's when he worked part time for his father in the insurance business before attending college. While going to college Mark obtained his insurance licenses and worked part time in the insurance business. In 1976 Mark obtained his securities broker's license and worked in the securities business for a short time until he purchased a small insurance agency. At that time Mark got his real estate license in 1977 to compliment his other business endeavors. Through the years Mark has bought and sold several insurance agencies and made numerous real estate transactions. At one point Mark was the President of a small marine insurance company which he formed with other investors and later sold. Mark retired from the insurance business in 2000 but maintains an Insurance Risk Manager's License which allows his to consult clients regarding their insurance needs. Since the early 2000's Mark has spent his time in the real estate business handling both residential and commercial clients. At times Mark has been involved in other aspects of the real estate business including, a Texas appointed arbitrator for property tax appraisal disputes and a mediator for real estate contract disputes. Negotiating is a strength that is developed and Mark has experience in the areas of real estate and insurance to make deals happen. Mark will look to find the property that meets your desires and needs.

Mark attended Texas Tech University and the University of Texas. He married his wife, Anne, in 1972 and they have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. All were born and live in Houston as well as other members of Mark's family.
