Tina has excellent interpersonal skills and is particularly adept at reading body language and facial expressions. “I was a penitentiary correctional officer before changing to my real estate career,” Tina says. “That experience taught me important insights into what people are thinking and feeling, and I use those skills when negotiating for my clients.”
Tina is a native of Memphis Tennessee who lived in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 20 years before moving to Houston. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a basketball scholarship and earned a degree in law enforcement.
Community involvement is important to Tina. She volunteers at her church and for homeless-aid organizations, and has coached T-Ball teams and served in leadership positions with GLAAD. When her schedule permits, Tina enjoys golf, reading, watching sports, and traveling.
A native Houstonian, Ellen has lived in many neighborhoods across the city, giving her tremendous knowledge and perspective of local real estate trends. Ellen is a true people person; passionate and driven to find the perfect home for each client. Ellen has worked in real estate since 2010 and has seen the market through it's ups and downs. Ellen has a positive attitude, is reliable, responsive and loves her job!

Monica's long-standing clients include residential buyers and sellers, investors, and builders, many of whom she has represented on multiple transactions. Growing up the granddaughter of a builder, real estate was a natural next step for Monica after she retired from a successful career as an appellate attorney. Monica graduated cum laude from Dedman College of Law (Southern Methodist University) where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, named a Hutchison Fellow (full merit scholarship), and was an editor of the SMU Law Review. She received her BA magna cum laude in Chinese History and Political Science from Colorado College and studied Mandarin Chinese as a PICAS Fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
In her spare time, Monica likes spending time with her family and three fur babies. She enjoys Sudoku, Vinyasa Yoga, and attending performances of the Houston Grand Opera. Monica believes in serving her community and actively donates to Houston PetSet and various performing arts organizations.

Tobias moved to Houston from Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 2015. He has a masters degree in business with extensive experience in marketing, communications and advertising.

Ann maintains a busy schedule as a realtor, mom and volunteer. Her three children attend St. John’s and West U Elementary and Ann enjoys being active at both schools.
