Sarah Starry has spent the last decade developing a career in real estate with a primary focus on specialty retail in the commercial sector. Today, whether analyzing market data, negotiating on a client's behalf, preparing marketing materials, or envisioning spaces, the same skills she honed in commercial real estate are at the core of every interaction while assisting her clients in the purchase and/or sale of their home. She began her commercial real estate career at Streetwise Retail Advisors where she represented high profile national and local tenants and landlords. Following her time at Streetwise, she was the Director of Leasing for Radom Capital where she led project leasing efforts for over 650,000 square feet of award-winning, mixed-use urban developments in Houston including Montrose Collective, M-K-T, 3201 Allen, Heights Clock Tower and more. She was then a Vice President at CBRE and a member of CBRE's Restaurant Practice specializing in Emerging Brands. Here Sarah began working on a top-ranked master broker team that branched off and formed ORIGIN Realty Advisors and executed deals across the country for Sixty Vines, Whiskey Cake, Velvet Taco, Barcelona Wine Bar, and several other restaurant/entertainment groups in the team's roster. Sarah provides a high level of expertise and service to each assignment and is eager to overcome challenges and find the best outcome for her clients. A resident of Houston since graduating from Texas A&M University, Sarah enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, playing golf, participating in HLSR's Rodeo Committee and is the founder and designer of the recognized "bed. no breakfast", Starry's Studio, in her hometown of Fredericksburg, Texas. She currently lives in Memorial with her husband, three-year-old son, and elderly Pekingese rescue pup, and is excited to welcome a daughter into the mix.

Ronald has lived in the Greater Houston area for more than 30 years, growing up in Spring. He holds a BBA in Accounting and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston. Ronald worked in the oil and gas industry for over a decade as an accountant. However, his entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to embark on a full-time venture in real estate.

In 2018, he obtained his license and has since sold over 100 homes. Utilizing his marketing expertise and a meticulous approach, he assists clients in achieving their real estate goals. The majority of his clients come from referrals, a testament to his genuine passion for helping people and the quality of satisfaction they experience with his services.

Currently, Ronald resides in Richmond with his family and actively participates in his community through Cub Scouts and PTO. In his leisure time, Ronald enjoys playing pickleball and working out.

Pauline Le's journey began in South Vietnam before her family moved to Houston, Texas, in 1992. She's a dedicated student at the University of Houston-Downtown, working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In the realm of real estate, Pauline has excelled as an investor and property manager since 2004, with a comprehensive expertise in both commercial and residential properties. She strongly believes in the importance of personalized attention for each client and understanding their unique needs. Pauline's deep-rooted values and faith guide her to help others succeed, both in her community involvement and in her role as a real estate professional. Brian started in real estate by building his real estate investment portfolio, and fell in LOVE with real estate along the way. As a former HR executive in the healthcare and oil and gas industries, he found his ability to lead people and projects, and taking great care of clients transitioned beautifully to selling real estate. Brian loves to make sure his clients feel confident he will take amazing care of them and make one of the biggest decisions a person or family can make as easy as possible for them. Brian earned his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and holds an MBA from Rice University. Brian is married to his lovely wife May, and along with their two young boys, enjoy as much family time as possible together.
