Native Houstonian Caroline Bean credits her upbringing for her excellent eye for a home’s potential. Caroline’s mother, an interior designer, and her stepfather, a builder, influenced her appreciation for architectural detail, particularly in new construction homes.

Detailed, punctual, organized and technologically-savvy, Caroline is a planner in everything that she does. She enjoys working with her clients and her communication skills are exemplary. “A home purchase or sale is an important milestone in most people’s lives. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Caroline worked in client relations and sales. “Interacting directly with my company’s clients taught me the importance of excellent customer service and honed my communication skills. I learned to go above and beyond to serve my clients, and I know that this has helped me as a real estate agent.”

First-time home buyers, new construction sales, resales, relocation sellers and buyers – Caroline doesn’t limit herself to one type of sale. She was “Rookie of the Year” when she began her career at Greenwood King and has been a consistent top producer every year since.

Caroline graduated from Episcopal High School and earned a degree in business marketing from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. During college, she interned every summer for a variety of businesses including a Goldman Sachs office and PaperCity newspaper.

Raised in a family of real estate professionals, it was inevitable that Victoria would follow the path to real estate. A native Houstonian associated with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty since 1991, she exhibits a natural talent for the business.

Victoria Co-listed and sold the most expensive home in River Oaks in 2011- and did it in four days. "I don't just wait for a listing to sell," she says. "Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to assess a property's value and I have and excellent history of attaining at or above list price for my listings. I create a customized marketing plan for each listing to maximize market exposure. I know what it takes to get it sold with minimal days on the market; after 20 years in the business, you pretty much get it down. The key is building trust. Much of Victoria's time is spent on preparation: monitoring the market, previewing homes for Buyers, staying current on the Seller's competition, networking and attending professional seminars and legal updates. She is an advocate for her clients in every way and loves what she does. Growing up in Tanglewood, Victoria has extensive knowledge of the market both inside and outside the 610 Loop, and is a market expert in Tanglewood, River Oaks, Memorial, Southampton and West University area where she has lived for the past 20 years.

Victoria graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Communications and is a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She has served as a member of the Junior League of Houston, and has been a CCE teacher at her church, St. Vincent de Paul, preparing children for their first communion. She is a member of the Briar Club where she has served on their Youth Committee, has been an active supporter of West U Little League and Challenger Baseball. Victoria's present volunteer commitments include St. Thomas High School where her two sons attend, and Presbyterian School where her daughter attends. She is married to Jarrett Minton, a principal with M-M Properties and lives in the heart of West University Place.

Victoria's hobbies and interests include cooking, yoga, and exercise to maintain balance in her life.
