Native Houstonian and member of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s Circle of Excellence, Sabrina Elias, began her residential real estate career after many years as a middle school and high-school teacher. Sabrina credits her teaching background with equipping her with the skills for success in life and business.

“I feel that I am still an educator,” Sabrina says. “Education is all about preparing your students for success. I inform and educate my real estate clients about the market and the transaction process, and prepare them to be successful as they make some of the most important decisions of their lives. Both buyers and sellers need to understand what is happening in the market and I give them up-to-date market analyses. I make sure that buyers have all the information they need to find a lender, choose a neighborhood and schools, assess traffic patterns, and even decide where to do their shopping. My clients and I are a team, and we work together to achieve their goals.”

Giving back to the community is a priority in Sabrina’s busy schedule. Now a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, her active JLH placements included mentoring teenagers and Head of Volunteers in the JLH Tea Room. Over the years, she has also volunteered for her children’s schools and their PTA groups.

Sabrina, her husband and two teenage children live in the Memorial area. When time permits, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her family, tennis, and traveling.

Blake Kunetka, a licensed broker/agent specializing in luxury real estate in Houston, holds a BA in English from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Blake enjoys Pilates, reading, and quality time with friends and family.

Since moving from her native Dominican Republic, Patricia Sayegh has lived in many places around the United States. However, it was in Houston where she found her true home. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in History and a minor in Secondary Education, I spent a handful of years on visual merchandising, sales, and marketing teams in fashion, furniture, creative advertising, and commercial real estate brokerage respectively. My specialties include marketing properties and portfolios for lease and sale, representing tenants and landlords in their contract negotiations, acquisitions of new locations for business owners and assisting investors looking to add to their commercial real estate holdings.
