Hello, I'm Eric, a native Houstonian with deep Mexican roots. My real estate journey began at age 11, tagging along with my father to his showings. While I work throughout Houston, my expertise is strongest in Harris and the surrounding counties. Memorial City is a personal favorite, with its central urban vibe and excellent highway access. As a real estate agent, I focus on the finer details to ensure success. My father and I, both licensed Realtors and real estate investors, run our operations from our Galleria office. We love driving around town to find new investments and network with landlords and builders. This helps us stay updated on local developments and understand the unique markets in each neighborhood. I believe in setting clear goals and taking precise actions to achieve them. In my spare time, I enjoy caring for my abuelos, swimming with my cousins, and working out with friends.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Agriculture and Applied Economics. She is a native Houstonian with over a decade of sales and marketing experience in both the oil and gas industry and luxury retail.
