Karpas Properties soon demanded the attention of trailblazing Houston real estate icon Martha Turner and the companies merged. This allowed Hedley to retire his management duties and return to his true first calling: working directly with clients to buy and sell their homes. Thanks to his respected history and ability to adapt with the times, Hedley has since conducted over 300 million dollars in sales volume at the company, now named Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, where he is a member of the Circle of Excellence and has reached Top Producer status, both in the company and city-wide, for the last 10 years.
