Prior to getting her real estate license to pursue her true passion, Hannah led the marketing department for local high-end home builders and luxury condominiums for 2.5 years. During that time, she acquired an expertise in quality new construction, development, remodeling, staging, negotiating and target marketing.Previously she worked as the Marketing Director for Modern Luxury Magazine where her 10 years' experience of discovering Houston has given her an unparalleled knowledge of each neighborhood and the unique experience they bring.




Being a transplant to Houston myself, I am very aware of how different someone's experience of Houston can be depending on where they choose to call home. I am dedicated to helping them learn about each pocket of the city, and what every area has to offer. I think one of the most important aspects of my job is to really listen and understand what a person or family's goals are when they are deciding to move.




Hannah specializes in all areas inside the loop and just outside the loop. The Heights, West University, River Oaks, Montrose, Mid-town, Downtown, Rice Military, Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, Memorial Villages, Spring Branch and Spring Valley Village.




Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston. She is a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Hannah and her husband Tommy are proud parents to their 2-year-old son, Thomas, and

Airan moved to Houston, Texas from Mexico at a young age. Ever since she knew that she would have to go the extra mile to reach her goals. This allowed her to learn to appreciate everything and be thankful for who she is now. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing. Although, during this journey, she discovered that real estate was something that she felt was her calling. She developed her real estate career working as a real estate administrative coordinator. This allowed her to have a head start in her career. With her knowledge and confidence, Airan has won her clients' trust. She understands the importance of building relationships and adding value in every step of the way. Some clients describe her as optimistic, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and determined. Airan enjoys working with first-time home buyers, sellers, as well as investors. Her work is not only limited to Houston; she covers surrounding areas such as Katy, Spring, The Woodlands, and Pasadena. She also has knowledge and experience in leasing, for those who prefer this option. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, working out, reading business or self-help books, traveling, and doing things that will challenge her mind. Airan also supports local organizations and charities because she believes in the importance of giving back to the community.
