Prior to joining First Houston Properties, Tristan was a real estate agent with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and a property manager for almost a decade with multiple nationally recognized property management companies. He has since concentrated his efforts and perfected his expertise in buying, selling, and landlord/tenant rep. Although specializing in industrial properties, he in intimately familiar with Multifamily, Luxury Residential, and Commercial real estate across the Greater Houston area.

A graduate of Duchesne Academy in Houston, Ann received a degree in English literature with a minor in Art Studies and Communication from Texas Tech University and studied for a time at the Sorbonne in Paris. When she is not working, Ann devotes her time to a number of causes including St. Luke's United Methodist Church, St. Luke's Friends of Nursing, the Junior League of Houston, and Chi Omega Alumnae Association. Ann appreciates and collects fine art and supports local artists. She enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, painting, photography and spending time with friends and family and her two dogs!
