Kristen is a smart, straight-shooter, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas; but has called Houston home for the last 10 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 and received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University in 2016. After graduating, Kristen spent her time working in Global Operations for an international firm before transitioning to Real Estate. "I am excited to finally be in the industry that I have always wanted to be in!" Kristen's ability to understand and interpret data along with her drive to help people is a unique tool that can bring a new perspective to clients. Kristen is passionate about integrity, honesty, and transparency in the workplace. "I always want those who work with me to know that I will be straightforward and fight for what's best for them." As a Houston native, Shamika is a product of local schools, attending James Madison High School and studying Business Administration at Texas Southern University. After working in the banking and title industry for several years, Shamika started her career as a Real Estate Professional in 2005. She recognizes the level of trust and confidence her clients deserve, and works hard daily to surpass their expectations. She also strives to be a part of the solution to the lack of minority homeowners in our communities. Shamika is a board member with the Womens Council of the Houston Black Real Estate Association and the recipient of the 2022 NAREB Emerging Leaders Top Producer Award. She is also deeply passionate about affordable housing, and frequently works with first-time home buyers. Tish is a native Texan, born in El Paso and raised in Houston. Prior to her career in residential real estate, she worked in medical sales, co-owned several child-care centers, and was a partner in a management, marketing and consulting firm. “I have always been self-employed,” Tish says. “I possess high-level marketing and sales skills, am organized, and have a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. I don’t quit until the objective is met.”

This Realtor and mother of two finds time to volunteer for her children’s Sienna Plantation schools and extra-curricular activities, as well as the March of Dimes and Philia Works of Houston. Tish founded and manages Harvest Minds, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on inspiring young minds from the 6th-grade forward, and teaches self-worth workshops for girls in foster care.

A graduate of Jersey Village High School, Tish earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She enjoys traveling abroad, dining in different restaurants and learning something new. “At the moment, it’s paddle-boarding and Spanish language lessons,” Tish says.
