An eighth generation Texan, native Houstonian and graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Tess began her real estate career in 2008 as a sales associate. After transitioning to a luxury firm she continued her success through closing multi-million dollar transactions and earned her Texas Broker's License in 2010. In 2011, Tess began working in relocation and in 2012, she was promoted to Relocation Director. Tess has earned relocation's highest certification, Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) demonstrating her long-term commitment to the global workforce mobility industry.

Integrity, Dedication, Honesty I started in the mortgage industry in 1991 as a file clerk at Texas Commerce Mortgage Company. Within 1 month I received an promotion to become a Junior Mortgage Processor. Within the next 6 months I received my second promotion to become a Senior Mortgage Processor, in which I was employed with TCMC for five years. From 1996 to 2002 I worker for Collette Horton, Mortgage Broker for Liberty Star Mortgage as her Personal Sr. Mortgage Processor and Operation Manager for her company. I have experience in FHA, VA, and Conventional Processing. I'm very dedicated to my job and passionate to the mortgage/real estate industry. From 2002 to 2020 I have held a Real Estate Salesman License, my sponsoring Broker is Ignacio Osorio with Champions Real Estate Commissions Houston TX. I'm honest and I have strong moral principles for all of my Clients. Donna is a native of Massachusetts, grew up in the Boston area, graduated from The Chandler School for Women in Boston, and attended Boston College. She has lived in Houston since 1978 and has a solid business background with successful previous careers in Law Office Administration for 14 years, and seven years in management for a national title insurance company. Donna is a Founding Member of The Guild for Baylor College of Medicine and is a former Board Member of the Chinquapin School.

As a Resident Member of The Houstonian, Donna enjoys exercising. An animal lover, she is "mom" to her two Miniature Schnauzers and an African Grey Parrot. As an avid traveler she has traveled extensively both domestically and internationally and enjoys visiting with her Sotheby's associates wherever she may be.
