Charlie Neath brings enthusiasm and passion to Houston's real estate industry. Clients are drawn to his contagious energy and "whatever it takes" attitude he brings to the table. In 2008 and 2009, Charlie was named "Realtor of the Week" by the Houston Chronicle. Striving to hone his skills and take his knowledge to higher levels Charlie earned his Brokers License in 2013 and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in 2015.
Charlie was inducted into the John Daugherty, Realtors Hall of Fame in 2017. Having spent 20 years buying, remodeling and selling homes in the Houston area, he offers insightful knowledge based on firsthand experience. A third-generation Houstonian, Charlie grew up in the home that his grandfather built in River Oaks. Aside from his passion for real estate and his love of Houston, Charlie enjoys golf, snow skiing, Houston Astros baseball, and attending any college sporting event. Charlie has four amazing children - Scarlet, Andrew, Ruby and Nola.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Charity moved to Houston to study law at the University of Houston. In 1983 received her J.D. from University of Houston Law and enjoyed a wonderful career practicing law in Houston for almost 20 years. During those years Charity realized her true passion for real estate and made the transition to become a realtor and has loved every minute.
Armed with the exceptional skills that made her a successful attorney, Charity brings her unique perspective to each client to serve their distinct needs. Her depth of market knowledge, superior negotiating skills, sincere concern for the wishes of her clients, and unmatched work ethic has enabled her to have a long successful career in Houston.
Charity's love of serving the Houston community has led to her involvement in numerous philanthropic organizations and outreach programs including the Houston Parkinson's Society, Mission of Yahweh, Green Team America, the Houston Symphony, River Oaks Baptist School, Episcopal High School, University of Houston Law School Alumni, and St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. Her involvement in these organizations has established her as a cherished fixture in Houston society.
Charity became a widow in 2007 after 24 years with her wonderful husband Don. Their happy marriage gifted them with Patrick, a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Texas Law School, and Mollie, a graduate of the University of Houston. Patrick and Mollie both share in Charity's professional passions, with Patrick working as a trial attorney with Foster Yarborough, PLLC in Houston and Mollie launching her own dynamic and successful career as a Realtor in 2011. Mollie also works at Compass in the O'Connell Yarborough Properties Group along with the other 12 members of their outstanding team.
Charity found love and happiness again with Wally Cox, a talented and established Houston homebuilder, and they married in 2021. They both delight in grandparenthood with Mollie's baby boy, Forest, whom she shares with her husband Andrew Steele. When Charity and Wally aren't doting on Forest, they're enjoying the companionship of their prized pups, Betti and Don Carlos. .
