Laura Herring is a realtor and a lawyer. She has over thirty years experience representing clients in lawsuits and in contract negotiations. Her extensive experience in contract negotiations is an asset in real estate purchases and sales. Laura's interest in real estate began early in her career and she has assisted clients, colleagues, friends and family in real estate purchases and sales and in lease transactions.

As a native Houstonian, Steve Sullivan practically grew up in the local real estate industry. While working in his family's business, he developed a passion for real estate. Approximately seventeen years ago, Steve obtained his real estate license.

Growing up in the Memorial Villages and graduating from Memorial High School, Steve has a thorough understanding of the changing markets in Piney Point Village, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Bayou Woods and Sherwood Forest. In addition to these areas he is knowledgeable about other areas such as Tanglewood, River Oaks, West University, and Bellaire. His extensive experience in the new home market, as well as the high end resale market, enables him to provide expert advice to buyers and sellers alike. In addition, Steve has experienced a degree of success locating specific homes and building sites for his clients that are not listed in the MLS.

As a Houston native, Shamika is a product of local schools, attending James Madison High School and studying Business Administration at Texas Southern University. After working in the banking and title industry for several years, Shamika started her career as a Real Estate Professional in 2005. She recognizes the level of trust and confidence her clients deserve, and works hard daily to surpass their expectations. She also strives to be a part of the solution to the lack of minority homeowners in our communities. Shamika is a board member with the Womens Council of the Houston Black Real Estate Association and the recipient of the 2022 NAREB Emerging Leaders Top Producer Award. She is also deeply passionate about affordable housing, and frequently works with first-time home buyers. Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized service are integral parts of Shamika's interactions with her clients and colleagues.

In addition, he’s found that the latest technologies are enabling him to do more quickly and efficiently by helping him extend the range of services provided to his clients.

Thai Klam has over 15 years of experience in business management and operations.

Mr. Klam currently holds an active Broker’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and acting as a Broker Associate. . Specializing in asset acquisitions and dispositions, Mr. Klam has been able to leverage his real estate abilities to give added benefits to his clients by offering added value services. In 2011, he was honored to receive recognition from HAR as a Top 20 Under 40. In 2012 Mr. Klam is ranked #7 producing individual in the State of Texas, and #9 in the City of Houston in transaction volume according to Houston Business Journal. Also, HBJ Ranked his firm #22 for transaction volume, and #23 for dollar sales volume.

Additionally, Mr. Klam devotes his time to various community services. He participated in the founding Chapter of The Houston Cambodian Lions Club, served on the 2012 Board for NAHREP as membership chair. Currently he also serves on the HAR Technology Adivorsy Board, and NRG Board with HAR. .
