I have been a resident of Katy for the past 11 years. Although I have a degree in Interior Design my passion is Real Estate.I will strive to assist you in all aspects of buying or selling your home. My years of design experience will benefit you in staging your home for sale or in finding the home that enhances your lifestyle. After working in the property management industry for approximately 5 years, I decided to obtain my real estate license. Interning with an architect as a student; starting her professional career as a cost analyst for 16 petrochemical plants in China; introducing Houston's first custom table linen rental company; and founding a boutique commercial real estate brokerage (Rauch King Associates), prepared her to ascend the ranks in corporate America. There she held various sales, business development and strategic relations positions with emerging technology companies in legal publishing and online marketing, email archiving, enterprise social networking and cyber-security. This eclectic experience serves her well when working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Marsha values her vibrant, interested and interesting family including two precious grand-daughters, three amazing daughters, a terrific son-in-law and a dynamic father.
