Marc is a luxury real estate agent that has an unmatched passion for the business. He is an immigrant turned American Citizen from Germany, having lived in Europe until he was 12 years old. Work opportunities for his parents allowed Marc the opportunity to move to the United States, specifically Houston, Texas where he quickly adapted to a new culture and finished high school at Clear Lake High. Clear Lake is an area southeast of Houston near the Johnson Space Center. After high school, Marc had ambitions of becoming an electrical engineer with a focus also on business. He attended Texas Tech University and successfully obtained a Degree in Electrical Engineering and also a Math and Business Minor. During this time is when Marc developed a passion for business and investing, particularly in real estate. Once out of college, Marc joined multiple investor groups where he found his true calling. He quickly bought his first home as an investment property and never looked back. Being involved in his very own deals gave him empathy and understanding of what it feels like during the process of buying a home. This helped translate over to his clients when he decided to pursue his real estate license and help others with their dreams of homeownership. Today Marc has helped many clients buy and sell their homes. Having obtained his Master Certified Negotiation Expert® designation, it puts him in the top 0.3% of all Realtors® when it comes to negotiating a deal. He was Rookie of the Year in his first year. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a highly successful national sales executive in the hospitality industry. Kelly is a graduate of The University of Texas where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. Passionate about giving back to the community, Kelly is involved in The National Charity League, Friends of CanCare, and is a past member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (founding member of the Gate Keeper's Committee). Kelly is founder of Middle Sister running team and is long-time member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.

Kelly has two teenage daughters, giving her strong familiarity with Houston's public and private school scenes. In her free time, you can catch her at a sporting event, local wine tasting, of travelling.

As a native Houstonian, Alex has a first-hand familiarity with Houston's neighborhoods and various communities that Compass RE serves.

Alex entered the real estate industry in 2008 as an assistant, and in 2009, she became a full time Realtor. Her hard work paid off as she's achieved Top Producer status and has become a member of the Top Producer Club. Alex currently volunteers for the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation, has been a top fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association and started a non-profit group, Hats for Haiti, after a devastating earthquake and successfully collected and shipped 2,000+ hats in one month. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, exercising, playing tennis, reading and spending time with her husband, Casey and their beautiful daughters, Emerson and Abby.
