Vice President of TIGs Houston office, a Commercial Real Estate firm currently seeking and hiring Associates to work with in the Houston market. Former Rice University Track & Field student-athlete pursuing a commercial real estate career in Houston, Texas. The key to success in this business is consistent, competitive field work, as well as a tough work ethic standard I follow irrevocably. As of March 9, 2020, I have successfully applied for a Brokers license, and should have one soon once i pass the Final Exam as i have met all qualifications. Previously as an athlete, I devoted at least 20 hours a week to athletics and travel while effectively maintaining a full academic course load of 15+ hours pursuing a Mathematics major. I enjoyed working towards a stronger work-ethic, and took pleasure in honing my leadership skills as one of the top runners at Rice.

Native Houstonian Ann Singleton believes in connecting, whether it’s with her clients or in her personal life with volunteer activities. “One of the things I love about real estate,” says Ann, “is the one-on-one connection with people. That is so important in helping to guide a person or family through the process of buying or selling a home. Our home is such an important part of who we are and helping a family or individual find or sell their ‘home sweet home’ is very rewarding.”
Ann came to real estate from a successful career in public relations/marketing/event planning, where she learned to understand and work with many different people and agendas.
A graduate of Duchesne Academy in Houston, Ann received a degree in English literature with a minor in Art Studies and Communication from Texas Tech University and studied for a time at the Sorbonne in Paris. When she is not working, Ann devotes her time to a number of causes including St. Luke's United Methodist Church, St. Luke's Friends of Nursing, the Junior League of Houston, and Chi Omega Alumnae Association. Ann appreciates and collects fine art and supports local artists. She enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, painting, photography and spending time with friends and family and her two dogs!
