In 1996, Kelly established her own firm, Kelly Labanowski Properties, turning her focus to the business of residential real estate. Combining her comprehensive knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods where she has lived and focused her practice with the skills developed in the commercial real estate industry, Kelly enables her clients to achieve the best results possible. Kelly and her husband have raised three children in Houston who have been involved members of their neighborhood and school communities. Kelly has an been an enthusiastic volunteer and has held leadership positions with Harvard College Fund, St. John's School, Presbyterian School, West University Elementary, National Charity League, West University Little League Auxiliary, West University Softball Association, Southside Place Civic Club and Swim Team, and the Houston Area Women's Center. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drake University where she was an intercollegiate athlete and four-year varsity letter winner.
