Even though many of the older homes are gone, been replaced by much larger ones, Peggy Dunne still loves the friendly atmosphere of Houston’s older inner-Loop neighborhoods that she knew as a child growing up in West University Place. She brings this feeling of community and caring to her relationships with her clients.
Peggy, a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence, believes that good, honest communication is the single most important factor leading to a successful sale. “I consider myself a straight shooter,” says Peggy, “and this clears the way for a smooth relationship. A graduate of Lamar High School and the University of Houston, Peggy is married and the mother of three adult daughters. She and her husband are active supporters of Houston Public Television, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boys and Girls Country, and the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Peggy enjoys traveling with her children and grandchildren, golfing, reading and going to the movies.

Toni is a Native Houstonian. She graduated high school from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart in the Memorial area and received her degree in Communication and Marketing from Stephen F Austin.
After college she worked at a personal injury trial law firm and later spent several years in sales at a medical service company. During this time, she traveled extensively to service her clients in many hospitals all over the country.
Aside from being in the real estate industry for 7 years, Toni is personable, hardworking and dedicated. She looks forward to helping clients with buying, selling or leasing.
Toni and her family have lived in the Memorial Forest Subdivision for 24 years. Toni is a member of the National Charity League a mother-daughter organization that supports philanthropies throughout the Houston community. In her spare time Toni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising and traveling.

Top producer Patricia Reed began her real estate career in 2001. Though she specializes in the areas of River Oaks, West University, Tanglewood and Memorial, Patricia's clients' particular needs always come first. An almost-Houston native, Patricia graduated from Duchesne Academy and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history from Southern Methodist University, studying in both Dallas and Paris, France. Since 1995, she has also been an antiques and collectibles dealer, as well as a contract designer for Reidy's Antiques.
