As a native Houstonian, Steve Sullivan practically grew up in the local real estate industry. While working in his family's business, he developed a passion for real estate. Approximately seventeen years ago, Steve obtained his real estate license.

Growing up in the Memorial Villages and graduating from Memorial High School, Steve has a thorough understanding of the changing markets in Piney Point Village, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Bayou Woods and Sherwood Forest. Bill has lived in the Katy/West Houston area for over 40 years. Bill spent 29 years in the oil industry. The last 24 years with Conoco Inc. in various management positions retiring in December 1993.
