His diverse service covers everything from rural vacant land to luxury custom built homes, and from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Currently an Upper Kirby resident, Harry focuses on neighborhoods throughout Houston Inner Loop (West U, River Oaks, Montrose, Heights, Timbergrove/Lazybrook) and surrounding areas. Prior to real estate, Juana worked in banking as a Director of Marketing for independent, community banks in Houston. Mother of two adult children, Juana loves spending time with her family, checking out new restaurant openings in Houston, and energizing at any beach destination.

A native Houstonian, Juana attended Lamar High School and holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been involved with many volunteer positions over the years which included leadership positions at River Oaks Baptist School, Episcopal High School, the Junior League of Houston and St. Luke's Methodist Church.

Licensed in both Texas and California for over 7 years as a real estate associate, Joseph Palatka, provides the experience, knowledge and home base in working with both buyers and sellers across state lines. As Houston has become a destination point for some of America's top corporations, Joseph brings his relocation knowledge to the table. Before beginning his career in real estate, Joseph, a former Hollywood actor and entrepreneur at heart, started a healthcare staffing firm where he worked first-hand with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. In doing so, he successfully provided hundreds of careers for healthcare employees nationwide. Yet, his passion for real estate took priority upon becoming involved in many renovation and investment property opportunities. Thereby, Joseph pivoted his entrepreneurial spirit into becoming a licensed Realtor in two states.
