Born in Madrid, Spain, in 1950 and naturalized as a citizen of the USA as a teenager, I have been a Texas resident since 1980. Always in the real estate industry, both commercial construction and residential construction and home sales, I offer the most knowledge and experience of any realtor in town!

Connie listens to the wants and needs of her clients to help them find a home that meets their needs. Connie has brought the philosophy of education is empowerment into her career as a Realtor. She loves to answer her clients questions giving them all of the information they need to make wise educated decisions for the betterment of their family. Connie is also a fierce negotiator who thoroughly enjoys getting the best deal for her clients. She treats your money as her own. Connie is a Certified Agent through The VA Loan.org program making sure veterans utilize their VA benefits to the fullest.

Connie is originally from Ohio and is a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan. Upon moving to the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, she graduated from Sharyland High School with honors. After high school, she visited Houston to watch her beloved Browns play the Oilers and fell in love with the city and it's diverse people and moved to Houston 6 months later. Connie became a nurse in 1994. She eventually received her BSN from UT Arlington and worked hard to graduate Summa Cum Laude. Connie graduated from Champions School of Real Estate.

Connie lives in the Cinco Ranch area of Katy with her husband and youngest son. She is an active member of her church.

An enthusiastic fan of all styles of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and the many innovations in the field of home building and remodeling, Robin is 'right at home' in the fascinating world of real estate. She obtained her license 11 years ago and has enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers, and renters from all over the globe. She has worked side by side with several top producers at Martha Turner Sotheby's, so when she joined the Leasing Department, she brought many years of experience and on-the-job training with her. Robin is thrilled to be collaborating with like-minded colleagues in the satisfying process of assisting rental clients to find the homes of their dreams and landlords to quickly lease their properties to well-vetted tenants. As we know, leasing a home is a very personal experience that requires an immediate partnership between a Realtor and her client, and this is where Robin shines.

Robin was born in Chicago, grew up in Houston with four treasured sisters, and then moved away for many years before finding her way back home to our fair city. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Robin recruited attorneys for several major law firms, sold new homes for many builders, and treaded the boards as a professional stage actress for more than 20 years.

Robin, who has a BFA in theater, is proud to have read the complete works of Shakespeare (now, whether or not she understood those plays and sonnets - well, as Hamlet said, that is the question). Married to a fifth generation Houstonian, they enjoy traveling when the opportunity presents itself and taking delight in Houston's exceptional restaurants. Robin's many hobbies include walking the incomparable Tanglewood Blvd., watching classic movies, and caring for way too many cats.
