Before moving to Round Top in 1996 Frank had worked for George Mitchell as Sales Manger of the New Home Division at The Woodlands and later for Gerald D. Hines as VP of Sales at Greenmark Homes.

The Houston Association of Homebuilders recognized him as Sales Manager of the Year. He was a Sales Trainer for the Dale Carnegie Institute of Houston.
