Hannah Robbins Nates, a native Houstonian, considers residential real estate not only her job but notably her passion. As the daughter of a local custom home builder, Hannah has been surrounded by real estate her entire life. Having been licensed for over a decade, Hannah worked for several years on the team of one of Houston's top producers.

A native Houstonian, Amber Griffin is familiar with all areas of the Greater Houston Area. A graduate of Jersey Village High School, she then attended Sam Houston State University. She spent many years excelling in industrial and corporate sales before embarking on a career in residential real estate sales.

After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2002, Amber started her career with Ross Dunn Realty before she accepted an invitation to join The David Young Team in 2007. With over $110 million per year in sales, The David Young Team was ranked by the Houston Business Journal as the Number 3 Team in 2005 and the Number 4 Team in 2006, as compared to all other residential real estate teams in the Greater Houston Area with regards to dollar sales volume.

Amber expertly facilitates her real estate transactions from inception to closing, while building strong personal relationships with each individual client. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail combined with her industry knowledge and negotiation skills allow her to successfully meet her clients’ needs and constantly exceed their expectations.

With his military and medical background, saying that Alex Lopez is adept at handling challenges and stress is a vast understatement. But Alex also knows how to slow down he thrives when caring for people and building new relationships with them, and he loves doing this through real estate. Originally from McAllen, Texas, Alex served in the United States Navy from 1995 to 1999. He has an associate degree from Houston Community College and attended the University of Houston. Alex earned his EMT certification in 2002 and transferred to the medical field, where he helped administer treatment from inside ambulances to emergency rooms. Alex was drawn to real estate because he wanted to educate people about it. He didn't have the same advantage when he purchased his first home, so he's especially passionate about guiding first-time buyers. Alex's military experience is a staunch symbol of his pride, which affects every aspect of his life. Personal and professional progress are daily themes for Alex along with valuing detail, which he's highly skilled at. Alex has lived in Houston since 1994. Although his career leaves him with little extra time, he's determined to spend it with his wife and kids.
