As CEO/Broker and Past President of the American Society of Interior Design, Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Coton House Realty firm she has formed. After graduating from the University of Texas/Austin with a degree in business and a degree in interior design from the Houston Art Institute, Laurie embarked on her design career by purchasing and renovating homes for resale throughout the Houston area.

She soon discovered that proficiency as a licensed realtor complemented her design skills. As a 3rd generation Houstonian who has lived and worked in the inner loop for 35 years, she knows the city and surrounding suburbs intimately well and decided to combine her design expertise with real estate. Her role as Managing Broker for a local boutique real estate agency opened new horizons for combining real estate, design and remodeling services under the umbrella of Coton House Realty.

Laurie and her family are advocates of rescued animals. She also enjoys butterfly gardening, travel as time permits, reading, exploring the new coffee shops and restaurants for which Houston is well-known and, most of all, spending time with family and pets.

Houston native Kimberly Brill delivers a hands-on, service-oriented approach to real estate. She loves the challenge of finding just the right home for her buyers and the right next move for her sellers. Kimberly's deep Houston knowledge of schools, neighborhoods and area amenities helps her match clients with homes and neighborhoods that meet their needs and feel like home. She uses her eye for architecture and interior design to suggest possibilities buyers may not have considered and to guide sellers as they prepare their homes for sale.











Kimberly enjoyed working in the commercial real estate sector earlier in her career but finds residential sales allows her to connect with her clients on a more personal level, which she enjoys. She commits to seeing every transaction through from start to finish, working closely with her clients every step of the way.











Raised in Briargrove and a longtime Memorial resident, Kimberly stays actively involved in her community. She is an ardent supporter of KIDS MEALS and enjoys volunteering with them and helping raise awareness of their mission. She has worked with Briargrove Swim Team, Westside Swim League, USA Swimming, and DADS Club. Kimberly has also been a supporter of the Houston running community, serving as a Houston Fit coach and providing local race support. An avid Houston Astros fan, Kimberly enjoys travel and time spent with her kids and grandkids.

I am a native Houstonian. My previous business experience includes a position as an International Logistics Analyst at Shell Oil. I am a member of the Z Club of Houston as well as the Lone Star Porsche Club.
