Monica graduated cum laude from Dedman College of Law (Southern Methodist University) where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, named a Hutchison Fellow (full merit scholarship), and was an editor of the SMU Law Review. She received her BA magna cum laude in Chinese History and Political Science from Colorado College and studied Mandarin Chinese as a PICAS Fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Blake Plaster, the youngest person to be inducted into Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence and now a member of the MTSIR hall of fame, is an exceptionally skilled professional who is steeped in knowledge of the Houston real estate market.
