A Top Producer for over a decade in Real Estate, Nicole Brende was born into a real estate family. Raised in Las Vegas, Nicole she got to Texas as fast as she could and earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Nicole grew up in a real-estate oriented family. Her father develops award winning master-planned communities in Houston and her mother and other family members practice real estate in Nevada, California, and Idaho. I grew up touring properties and job sites, says Nicole. I knew one day I would be helping clients with their real estate needs and I could not wait. In fact, it's in my blood.

Prior to her career in residential real estate, Nicole was a professional on-camera television host and producer for 10 years. Her programs included “Hot On! Homes” for KPRC Local 2, “Designing America” on HDNet, and “Designing Texas,” all of which kept her in contact with various facets of real estate. “I really enjoyed showcasing the beautiful homes and educating buyers about the current inventory as well as the quality of the builders we featured,” says Nicole. She was also a live television news reporter /producer and a former co-founder/publisher of one of Houston’s first online society magazines. As a Realtor, Nicole uses her media and marketing skills to get “top dollar” for her sellers.

Nicole attributes her success to dedication to her clients, a deep love of real estate, and, most importantly, building strong relationships that result in repeat sales and client referrals to family and friends. She believes that one of the best aspects of residential real estate sales is the lifestyle she is able to present to so many individuals and families, and the personal satisfaction she receives from helping them to make a major change in their lives. When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband & family, traveling, and attending the Houston Symphony, Theater Under the Stars, charity events, and completing creative projects around the house.

I have spent the last decade curating a well-rounded knowledge of residential and multifamily real estate. Currently, a licensed realtor in Texas, Florida & Louisiana, my active involvement allows me to keep my thumb on the pulse of market conditions. I actively lead transactions, oversee acquisitions, conduct due diligence of potential investments, underwrite transactions, lead negotiations, and execute 1031 exchanges. While not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family hunting, fishing, and exercising.

I was born into real estate. My grandmother, Ethel Rogers, became a broker and opened her first office in 1972, the same year I was born, and I have been surrounded by it and loved it every second since. I grew up in the Houston area and became passionate about helping the community develop and grow.

Real estate is what I do; I am hooked on constantly gaining more knowledge about the industry to help my clients best. When I'm not coming up with new innovative ways to market our resources or training members of the John Rogers Home Ownership Team, I am out and about attending conferences and events to gain more information and contribute ideas on the business systems for real estate teams.

As for hobbies, as I said before, I do real estatehowever, I do devote every weekend available to my family. I'm also into Houston Sports, big boats, and ATVs when I have the time.
