Ann came to real estate from a successful career in public relations/marketing/event planning, where she learned to understand and work with many different people and agendas.
A graduate of Duchesne Academy in Houston, Ann received a degree in English literature with a minor in Art Studies and Communication from Texas Tech University and studied for a time at the Sorbonne in Paris. When she is not working, Ann devotes her time to a number of causes including St. Luke's United Methodist Church, St. Luke's Friends of Nursing, the Junior League of Houston, and Chi Omega Alumnae Association. Ann appreciates and collects fine art and supports local artists. She enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, painting, photography and spending time with friends and family and her two dogs!

Paul’s impressive and ever-growing list of achievements includes the 2008 National Award for Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year, the 2006 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, and inclusion as one of four finalists for the 2006 and 2007 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.

He has filled many capacities for various organizations including the Houston Association of Realtors MLS Advisory Group, Builder Broker Task Force, co-chair of the NextGen Realtor Group, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of GHBA Sales and Marketing Council. Paul was named Custom Builder Council Member of the Year in 2003. In addition, Paul mentors other Realtors and shares his particular expertise in implementing technology in the everyday practice of real estate. In August of 2019, Paul became the sales manager for Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty - a great match for his desire to help agents achieve their maximum success. In 2021, Paul was promoted to Director of Agent Growth as well as began serving a 2 year term on the HAR Board of Directors and a 3 year term on the Texas Association of Realtors.
When not working supporting his amazing agents, Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter along with his 7 nieces and nephews. Paul is also an avid cyclist who has participated in the MS150 and many other charity rides.

Keisha Pierce began her career in the real estate industry as an asset manager with a national private real estate company specializing in the development of high quality multi-family residential properties where her production and management earned her numerous awards.
Keisha is a natural for real estate, an industry where so much is predicated on communication and excellent interpersonal relationships.
