She earned a degree in Management and minored in International Business from the University of Houston - Downtown. After working as a litigation paralegal, Debbie ventured into real estate full-time during the Covid-19 pandemic, focusing on residential resale, new construction homes, condominiums, and townhomes. She founded AirMGT, a property management company for short-term rentals.

Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Matt has been involved in a variety of deals, including residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a trusted advisor to many clients over the years. Evie has always loved Houston, having become a Texan by Choice at the age of 4, her parents moved their family from Missouri to Texas. Her parents always said it was the best move they ever made. Evie raised her family in the City of Bellaire as a stay at home mom for 17 years. Raising her four children Evie was always busy at schools, serving on the PTA board from elementary through high school, the little league board forever, High school football, and FFA.. Raising 3 boys and one tough daughter who had to be with 3 brothers..gave Evie all the experience necessary in becoming good at trouble shooting and problem solving.
Evie started her journey into sales in 1991, with a small home-based company selling window coverings to families in the city and discovered her love for houses. After receiving her Real Estate license she started with a real estate firm working for the large oil companies moving their employees to Houston from all over the world.
