Hello, I'm Eric, a native Houstonian with deep Mexican roots. My real estate journey began at age 11, tagging along with my father to his showings. While I work throughout Houston, my expertise is strongest in Harris and the surrounding counties. Memorial City is a personal favorite, with its central urban vibe and excellent highway access. As a real estate agent, I focus on the finer details to ensure success. My father and I, both licensed Realtors and real estate investors, run our operations from our Galleria office. Susan Arnoldy Paisley is a fifth-generation Texan and second-generation Houstonian with a passion for people and service. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2002, Susan honed her business acumen as an entrepreneur and founder of Priority Fitness. She is a great source for Houston's foodie scene, health and fitness happenings, museum openings and new experiences the city has to offer, including those related to fine arts, which she studied at The University of Texas at Austin. Most of all, Susan enjoys spending family time and traveling with her husband, Doug Paisley, her five adult children and grandchildren. Like the city of Houston she loves, Susan's always on the move. As co-founder of the American Heart Association Guild, Susan believes in giving back to her community. She has additionally spent time volunteering for the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Ballet. As a tri-athlete, Susan was the head of the River Oaks Tennis Tournament. Her duties ranged from advertising sales to program design and layout. Susan continue to use her skills in organization and problem solving.

When Susan has time away, she enjoys international travel and anything outdoors. Spending time hiking and biking are two of her personal joys.
