Native Houstonian, Ann grew up in Briargove. Ann attended St. John’s School and Kinkaid. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Ann brings a wealth of polished business and customer service experience from her 25 years as a buyer, manager and sales associate in retail sales.

Ann maintains a busy schedule as a realtor, mom and volunteer. Her three children attend St. John’s and West U Elementary and Ann enjoys being active at both schools.

Eric Miller was born and raised in Independence Heights in Harris County before settling in Katy, TX. Personally living in different diverse communities has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form great relationships with wonderful people and businesses throughout the city and surrounding areas.

One of the most important aspects of my real estate career, is assisting others in achieving the goal of home ownership. Eric enjoys showcasing the diverse architecture that Harris County has to offer from Craftsman-style bungalows to ultra-modern high-rises. What excites Eric about Harris County is its diversity and the wide-open opportunity for anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Eric's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent over twenty years as a Sr. Geoscience Associate assisting hundreds of oil and gas professionals within some of the cities top energy producing companies, his previous interest before oil & gas was as one of the cities top independent recording producers where he has mentored many of the cities top recording artist. It is only natural that Eric was able to combine his love of Harris County and numerous connections to develop a successful real estate business.

As a Sr. Geoscience Associate, Eric kept himself well informed of all the latest technology trends and developments. Most of all, Eric knows how to research and find the home that is perfect for you. His knowledge of geographical areas and experience gives him a skill set that differentiates him from other Realtors.

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, baking, and traveling.

Mayra is a multi-dimensional member of Coton House Realty. She originally joined Laurie Coton, the founder of the agency, as an interior design assistant and enjoys applying her design skills to the work she now conducts as a Realtor. She helps her clients envision their lifestyle after helping them find their new dream home.



Working as an Export Specialist for 10 years, coordinating shipments between major companies and their clients has equipped Mayra with valuable skills applicable to the real estate industry. Communication, attention to detail and efficient use of time are important traits, especially in real estate. She uses her creativity in marketing her listings through social media and development of electronic flyers and collateral print materials.



First time home buyers, families with children and Millennials are especially comfortable working with Mayra, who focuses primarily in the geographic area south of Houston. However, having grown up in Houston, she says, she wants to work any-where with anyone she is able to help. She is multilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.



Much of her free time is spent with her family.
