“My goal is to learn at least one new thing every day,” says Realtor Wei Wu, a member of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence. An open inquiring mind, patient manner, attention to detail, and astute knowledge of the Houston real estate market make Wei the Realtor of choice for her loyal clientele.
Wei listens carefully to her clients in order to really understand their needs. She is patient with her buyers, understanding that it often takes time to find just the right house. “We have fun finding their dream home together,” says Wei.
Prior to her successful career in residential real estate, Wei was a registered dietician, taught Chinese cooking and owned a travel agency. She earned her real estate sales license in 2000.
Wei obtained a Master of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She and her husband are long-time Houston residents and have two grown children who graduated from St. John's School. Both are physicians married to physicians.
When not working, Wei volunteers for Houston Arboretum, Houston Botanic Garden and Boulder Valley School District. She volunteered for The Enlightening Educational Program before 2014. EEP has built more than 1,000 schools in remote Chinese villages since 1992 and provides financial aid to needy children. Eligibility is not based on academic performance, Wei says, because "EEP wishes to give many of these children an opportunity to 'catch up'." Volunteers pay for their own flights, hotels, and daily needs. There are no administrative expenses and all donations go to the schools and the children.
Wei’s greatest pleasure is visiting her five grandchildren in Boulder, CO. They call us “flying maid,” Wei laughs, “as we fly there as often as we can.”

Tracey Smith brings creativity, passion and a love for client relationships to her career as a real estate sales associate at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Reaty. Prior to pursuing real estate, Tracey spent 18 years in the luxury hotel business representing The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida and the Cloister Hotel in Sea Island, Georgia. Her role involved placing corporate executives in elegant accommodations for board meetings and conferences. Though Tracey has been a resident of Texas for 25 years, she maintains her strong Midwestern values of honesty, patience and trustworthiness from her childhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tracey came to Texas to study at Southern Methodist University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in art history. While in college, she fell in love with Texas and its culture and made the state her permanent home. When she is not working, Tracey enjoys traveling, running marathons, playing tennis and golfi ng.

Former clients call Marsha whenever they are looking to buy or sell real estate and repeatedly recommend her to family and friends. “I like meeting new people and educating them to our real estate market,” says Marsha. “I do my research and analyze the data to help clients make an informed decision that’s right for them. My priority is alleviating any concerns they may have and resolving problems in their best interests. I believe that creating a positive environment makes for a successful outcome.”
Prior to her career in residential real estate, Marsha was a director of human resources and learned first-hand about the concerns of families moving in and out of Houston. She applies that understanding to her real estate clients who are relocating.
Marsha grew up in Meyerland and graduated from Bellaire High School and the University of Houston. She is a strong community supporter of Child Advocates, Inc. and has served as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem. Marsha also donates much of her free time to fostering dogs and volunteering with animal rescue groups.
