Marc is a luxury real estate agent that has an unmatched passion for the business. He is an immigrant turned American Citizen from Germany, having lived in Europe until he was 12 years old. Work opportunities for his parents allowed Marc the opportunity to move to the United States, specifically Houston, Texas where he quickly adapted to a new culture and finished high school at Clear Lake High. Clear Lake is an area southeast of Houston near the Johnson Space Center. After high school, Marc had ambitions of becoming an electrical engineer with a focus also on business. He attended Texas Tech University and successfully obtained a Degree in Electrical Engineering and also a Math and Business Minor. During this time is when Marc developed a passion for business and investing, particularly in real estate. Once out of college, Marc joined multiple investor groups where he found his true calling. He quickly bought his first home as an investment property and never looked back. Being involved in his very own deals gave him empathy and understanding of what it feels like during the process of buying a home. This helped translate over to his clients when he decided to pursue his real estate license and help others with their dreams of homeownership. Today Marc has helped many clients buy and sell their homes. Having obtained his Master Certified Negotiation Expert® designation, it puts him in the top 0.3% of all Realtors® when it comes to negotiating a deal. He was Rookie of the Year in his first year. Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since. With a lot of connections to Texas through family, education, business and long time friends, my goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, I was fortunate enough to move, with my family of five children, to the Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, I wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a "hand up". I decided my focus would be on charities and family funding raising opportunities, and I have been involved in Angel Tree and Montgomery County Women's Shelter/Youth Services for many years.

I have dabbled in home renovations up until 4 years ago, when I decided to further my career and obtain my Real Estate license. Since then I have had the honor of representing first time buyers/sellers, luxury buyers/sellers, repeat clients and referrals.

Erin Finger Kaplan, a native Houstonian, approaches real estate with an unparalleled dedication to client service. Erin attended the Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas. Having grown up in the area, she has a great knowledge of Memorial, Tanglewood and Briargrove. While at Kinkaid, she participated extensively in the school’s Theatre and Dance program, and she went on to study Theatre and Dance at the University of Texas at Austin.

While attending UT Austin, Erin participated in the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and obtained her real estate license. She spent her college years leasing campus area apartments. This experience served as a valuable introduction to the real estate business, and was something that she looked back upon fondly when deciding to re-enter the business years later.

In 2009, Erin began studying at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. After graduation she practiced law for three years before deciding to return to her true passion of real estate sales.

Erin has lived in nearly every area of Houston, and has studied the markets changes and fluctuations over the years. She now lives in West University with her family. In her spare time, Erin enjoys volunteering with the West U Elementary PTO and WUSA, as well as serving on the Board of Advisors for HMH. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, exercising, and traveling when time allows.

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting. World changer, singer and sales executive at Champions Real Estate Group, Darla is an avid reader, lover of life and mother awaiting her graduation into grand-hood. Her marketing talents started at a young age and bloomed a bit more while at Dale Carnegie.

Darla made a few twists and turns, first working in the oilfield with BJ Hughes, then Grand Steel in oilfield pipeline sales. After the oil crisis in 1984 she moved to Austin where she found her niche in mortgage banking working for Norwest Mortgage Company and Austin United Mortgage. These fine institutions introduced her to new people, the power of teamwork and sales concepts that helped shape the person she is today.

Darla's not really limited to the Real Estate Industry; she was a Ladybug Softball All-Star State Champion at age 9 and to her knowledge is still the only three year lettering varsity volleyball player at Stratford High School, in Houston, TX. She can be found enjoying community projects, like the Alzheimer Association's Walk for a Cure and traveling the world speaking on destiny and purpose.
