"As I purchased my first investment property out of state, I would say that I was lucky to work with Maria. I previously worked with 2 real estate agents before her that didn't pay me much attention nor seem helpful, so I moved on. I am glad to have stumbled across her profile on Zillow.





There are 2 characteristics that proved to me she was the perfect agent to work with.


First was her looking out for my best interest. I knew a bit about the Houston market before I began searching for homes, but didn't know much when it came to renting out the property. She assisted me in offering a fair price if she felt the property wasn't worth the asking price, she offered advice when it came to fixing up the property before showing, she gave me a second opinion when I was quoted for repairs needed, and the list can go on. Since I was only able to view homes by shopping online, she offered to drive out to properties I was interested in to check them out.

Over a period of 30 years, Linda worked in the oil and gas industry. She was an international oil trader for a major oil and gas company focusing on Latin America. Negotiating was always her strong suit, but also trust and mutual respect with her customers which attributed to her success and long term career.

This is an organization that supports the Winedale Historical Complex which is a division of The University of Texas Austin's Briscoe Center for American history. She is also a member of the fundraising committee for the Round Top Public Library and First Presbyterian Church of La Grange. She enjoys entertaining friends and family on her farm and when time allows, she enjoys traveling.

Eric Miller was born and raised in Independence Heights in Harris County before settling in Katy, TX. Personally living in different diverse communities has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form great relationships with wonderful people and businesses throughout the city and surrounding areas.

One of the most important aspects of my real estate career, is assisting others in achieving the goal of home ownership.
