    Alison Sewell is a proud, sixth-generation Texan whose German immigrant ancestors arrived in Galveston in the 1800's and settled the town of Tomball. She has dedicated many hours to SIRE, Houston's Therapeutic Equestrian Center, serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Cutting Horse Committee, supports the American Quarter Horse Association, and is a member and competitor in the National Cutting Horse Association, A member of The Ranchers Ride and the Saltgrass Trail Ride Association's award-winning Wagon 13 The Desperados since 2010.
