About Joseph

Licensed in both Texas and California for over 7 years as a real estate associate, Joseph Palatka, provides the experience, knowledge and home base in working with both buyers and sellers across state lines. As Houston has become a destination point for some of America's top corporations, Joseph brings his relocation knowledge to the table. Before beginning his career in real estate, Joseph, a former Hollywood actor and entrepreneur at heart, started a healthcare staffing firm where he worked first-hand with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. In doing so, he successfully provided hundreds of careers for healthcare employees nationwide. Yet, his passion for real estate took priority upon becoming involved in many renovation and investment property opportunities. Thereby, Joseph pivoted his entrepreneurial spirit into becoming a licensed Realtor in two states. Through his former experience in investment properties, he found his true calling in crafting strategically with his clients, eventually taking him home to Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. Mr. Palatka graduated from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in both Marketing and International Business as well as minors in Management Information Systems and Spanish. Joseph resides in the Sugar Land area of Houston.
